Celebrating the history of the Royal Tournament!

Join the The Band of The Royal Yeomanry for an evening to remember!  Celebrating the 120-year history of the Royal Tournament and marking the 25th Anniversary of the ‘Last Run’ in 1999.

​

The programme will include some of the music made famous at the Royal Tournament from 1880 to 1999, featuring the music from the iconic Royal Navy Inter Command Field Gun Competition & the music from the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery Musical Drive.

​

As well as music composed for the Royal Tournament including “The Battle of Trafalgar” and “Music for a Tournament”.  With a finale featuring an extract from the 1812 Overture, this is an event not to be missed!
